Highball Social Club is bringing a fresh, exciting restaurant concept to the scene, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Kiosk Servers to join our opening team!
If you love interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a team that creates memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you! As a Kiosk Server, you’ll help keep service running smoothly while making sure every guest feels welcome.
What You’ll Do
- 👋 Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Take guest orders accurately through our kiosk or point-of-sale system.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, and available options.
- Assist guests with navigating the ordering process when needed.
- Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen and service team.
- Prepare and serve beverages or other menu items as assigned.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered to guests promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk and service area.
- Restock supplies, cups, napkins, condiments, and other service essentials.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures as applicable.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology, POS systems, and digital ordering platforms.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a brand-new restaurant concept.
